Mirror: The Signal

Synopsis

Sent to an unknown planet young exo-biologist Claris is alone aboard her pod when she violently crash lands. While trying as best she can to find the other members of her team, she receives the first “signal” generated by the planet itself. “Mirror” is a journey to another planet. It is also, above all, the journey through the sentimental landscape of a woman who has experienced a tragedy. We retrace the main protagonist’s history through her memories to understand her quest. Her loneliness.

Biography

Pierre is a director/filmmaker whose passion for visual storytelling has pushed him to create a wide range of memorable and awarded works. He was one of the first filmmakers in Europe to try and create a narrative VR fiction. He made the first VR short fiction to be broadcast in France (via Arte 360), I, Philip. Since, he has worked as a creative producer on internationally renowned VR projects such as Alteration, Vestige and Battlescar. Using these new techniques and through clever use of imagery, Pierre has the ability to create authentic and engaging experiences, giving depth to storytelling. Besides being a founding member of Atlas V and helping filmmakers achieve their creative vision, Pierre also develops his own immersive experiences.
