Biography
Director Bryan Ku studied Computer Art at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He was a lighting technical director at Hollywood, working on many video and animation projects in the film and video gaming industries. His major works include The Lord of the Rings and The Golden Compass. He is currently at EVR STUDIO as an art director and XR director. Ku produced BOHWAGAK: Along the Way to Utopia, which was invited to the ‘VR Cinema in BIFF’ program of the 2017 Busan International Film Festival. Ku produced Stay with Me, the world’s first 4DX VR film. Then in 2021, he was the director for Parasite VR, an arthouse reinterpretation of Bong Joon-ho’s Parasite.
