시놉시스
2018년 1월 13일 하와이. TV, 라디오, SMS… 모든 채널에서 “하와이 상공의 탄도 미사일 위협 발생. 즉시 대피소로 대피하십시오. 이것은 훈련 상황이 아닙니다…”라는 경보가 울려 퍼졌다. 이것이 오보였다고 밝혀지는 데까지는 38분이 지난 후였다. 시민들은 처음으로 38분동안 핵 위협을 경험했다. 38분은 이러한 사건들을 겪으며 살아온 여성, 남성, 어린이들의 시사하는 증언과 전문가들이 제공한 자료들을 되살려줄 것이며, 시민 사회에 의해 너무 자주 잊혀지는 현대의 핵 위험에 대한 인식을 높일 것이다.
