Brazilian director, animator, designer, and visual artist; Amir Admoni, graduated in Architecture in the University of São Paulo and has a Master Degree in Design at the Sandberg Instituut in Amsterdam. His work combines different animation techniques; video and design into the most diverse media, from theatre to cinema, TV, and virtual reality. He has directed 6 animated short films that were screened around the world, achieving more than 120 awards. Amir has also directed several TV spots for MTV, Nickelodeon, Disney, Comedy Central, Netflix, among others. His first VR narrative work, Gravity VR, was presented in the Tribeca Film Festival, Venice Biennale, Cannes Marche du Film and 10 other festivals worldwide. Gravity VR has received 8 awards thus far. Lavrynthos, its second VR piece, has just premiered at Venice.
