Audiences can experience the projects only on designated dates and time with admission tickets.
If the Audiences want to change the designated date and the designated time should go through the changing process to the reservation page before the experience starts.
A survey will be conducted to make it a better experience and set its next step of directions. It is not mandatory but please kindly note that there might be certain level of limitations can be applied.
The survey data will only be used to prepare for next year's Beyond Reality exhibition.

The audiences duly acknowledge and grant that Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN hereinafter “the Organizer”) and its affiliated events including but not limited to Beyond Reality and Digital November could take and make use of any and all photos or videos of its visitors/audiences for its promotional purposes including but not limited to print and digital communication materials unless otherwise revoke said from someone in writing shown on the Organizer’s promotional materials.
Survey data will be discarded after the fiscal year of 2022 is ended (Dec 31, 2022.)
